In our children’s Bible club, game days sometimes get put to the side as not being very valuable in comparison to days where we do a full club, but one recent outdoor event really impressed upon me the importance of something as simple as a game day. We were able to go door to door to do contact work and reach new children that we don’t normally have the time or capacity to meet when we are indoors. There is something awesome about being outside in the middle of the community, as opposed to being behind closed doors, that has the ability to bring in new people.
It was such a blessing to get to know brand-new kids we hadn’t been able to meet before. It excites me about the possibility of bringing in more and more new children that we can reach with the gospel. Please pray for us in south Dallas as we seek to increase ministry and spread the gospel.
