Larry & Vonnie Pratt

Larry and Vonnie Pratt serve in the rural communities of western Washington. Their ministry takes them to places ranging from poverty to affluence, and they encounter both people strong in their faith and people who want nothing to do with God. There are many needs throughout these communities in the Pacific Northwest, ranging from salvation in Christ to discipleship to a strengthening of the local church.

After seeing the need in their community, the Pratts began ministering across the area through camps, churches, care facilities, Vacation Bible Schools, Child Evangelism Fellowship, and other community events. They use Christ-centered music, a puppet ministry, and pulpit supply to present the truth found in God’s Word to all who will listen.

“It is our desire to share the good news of Jesus Christ through the medium of music and puppets,” Larry explains. “God’s Word is the basis for our teaching.”

The Pratts have served with InFaith since 2016.

Larry received a bachelor’s degree in Pastoral Studies from Arizona Christian University. He loves to study and teach God’s Word, as well as lead in worship. Vonnie majored in Christian Education at the same university. She enjoys writing devotionals and puppet scripts, playing flute, singing, and caring for the animals on their farm.

The Pratts live on a small farm outside of Port Orchard, Washington, where they raise sheep for fiber. Their farm experience extends into their ministry, where they share analogies of the Good Shepherd and His sheep. Larry and Vonnie love to spend time with their children and grandchildren, and enjoy shepherding together, puppeteering together, and singing and playing instruments for God’s glory.
