Danny Domingo
Danny Domingo’s ministry to refugees in the Vickery area of Dallas, Texas started with ESL classes and quickly grew to address many areas of life. His ministry offers mentors to refugee families, people who help them understand U.S. culture and find their way around the transportation systems and government agencies in their new hometown. By connecting with refugees in this way, volunteers build relationships that allow them to introduce newcomers to Jesus.
“Refugees are people who have gone through a lot. They are hungry for love. Secular organizations can only share human love, but with our ministry, we can share God’s love,” Danny says.
In addition to mentoring relationships, Danny’s InFaith ministry offers computer classes, a soccer league, and summer children’s ministries.
As a part-time ministry partner, Danny relies on church groups and ministry volunteers to reach the refugees in his area. email hidden; JavaScript is required to find out how you can get involved, or donate to his ministry here.
