We are looking for a self-motivated, detail oriented and experienced HR assistant capable of working in a team environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support for the department, assisting with the hiring process, and entering employee information into our databases.   • Provide secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; relaying messages; completing mailings, and developing written communications.
  • Assemble, prepare, and analyze data; create dashboards.
  • Provide one-on-one support for all missionary candidates, establish goals, and monitor partner development progress.
  • Welcome new employees, oversee orientation, review and approve budgets.
  • Participate in hiring process.
  • Process documentation and report preparation.
  • Maintain employee information by entering and updating employment data and status-change data.
  • Provide exceptional care by adhering to the organization’s service standards.
  • Assist managerial staff with ad hoc projects.

Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required, plus 3 years of office/clerical support experience. A Bachelor's degree and previous HR experience is preffered.
