Summary

We are looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced HR Assistant capable of working in a team environment at our Home Office in Exton, PA. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding our missionary candidates on raising support while providing administrative support for the department and assisting with the hiring process. If you are a professional with experience in raising support, a strong sense of discretion, and a background in data entry and customer service, we want to hear from you. (24 hours per week, Monday-Thursday daytime)

Essential Functions:

  • Provide one-on-one support for all missionary candidates, establish goals, and monitor partner development progress.
  • Deliver training to missionary candidates through prepared presentations.
  • Process documentation and report preparation.
  • Welcome new employees, oversee orientation, review and approve budgets.
  • Provide secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; relaying messages; completing mailings, and developing written communications.
  • Assemble, prepare, and analyze data, create dashboards.
  • Participate in the hiring process.
  • Maintain employee information by entering and updating employment data and status-change data.
  • Provide exceptional care by adhering to the organization’s service standards.
  • Assist managerial staff with ad hoc projects.
  • Protect employee and organizational confidentiality.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required, plus 2 years of office/clerical support experience. Bachelor’s Degree and previous HR experience is preferred.
