InFaith, a Christian mission organization with field staff serving throughout the United States in a variety of community-based ministries, is looking for an executive assistant to our senior director of innovation at the Home Office in Exton, PA. The executive assistant will manage tasks for the following work: meeting notation, executive summary documents, organizing and setting up meetings, point of contact for location meetings, and R&D as assigned. This is a part-time position with daytime hours (max. of 20 hours weekly).

  • Strong writing, typing, and verbal/phone skills
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Sales, marketing, media, or communication background preferred
  • Higher levels of education preferred
