Local Reach
Ellie serves in Arroyo Grande, CA, a predominantly suburban area with scattered rural towns. The community consists largely of middle-income families, and the region boasts numerous churches in and around Arroyo Grande. Ellie views Camp Challenge as a local haven where kids can interact and fellowship with their peers in a secure, enjoyable, and picturesque environment. Recognizing its significance, Camp Challenge continues to be a vital ministry for children on the Central Coast of California, introducing the gospel to those unfamiliar with Jesus and nurturing the spiritual growth of those already acquainted with Him.
Camp Challenge caters to children from 3rd to 12th grade, providing Ellie with the opportunity to connect with kids and young teens at a crucial stage in their lives as they grapple with what it means to have a relationship with Christ.
Ellie has been a candidate with InFaith since 2024. Beyond her involvement with Camp Challenge, she works as an administrative assistant for her local church, Calvary Chapel Arroyo Grande. In March of 2024, she is set to graduate from UCLA with a degree in Business Economics.
