Adam & Becky Fladie

- Our Local

- Our Self
Adam and Becky Fladie serve in east Tennessee, a rural area in the beautiful Tennessee mountains. While many of the areas have seen drug abuse, poverty, and unemployment, there are over 80 small churches scattered throughout. Many of these churches are comprised of five to seven families, but they are unwilling to come together with other local churches or reach outside of their own walls and into the community.
Reaching the children and youth in these communities has become a great need in order to make changes for the future of the area.
After seeing the need in their community, the Fladies started a variety of smaller ministries to encourage outreach and church participation. God drew them to Tennessee originally for campus ministry to over 3,200 students, plus camp ministry. Some of these school ministries began in 1958 with InFaith missionaries Betty Glover and Mildred Clarke. While the staff and methods of reaching students has changed over the years, the clubs have shared the gospel with thousands of people.
Adam and Becky currently serve through campus clubs in local schools (before, during, and after school) which are divided into prayer clubs, Bible clubs, released time classes, and football chapels; VBS programs; and backyard Bible clubs. They also minister through women’s jail ministry; a Christian Care Center (involving food and household pantries, life education, and medical and dental clinics); wellness/fitness ministry; and various camp opportunities.
Adam & Becky also serve as Field Directors, ministering to other InFaith missionaries and their families.
The Fladies have served as InFaith field staff since 2001.
Adam and Becky are both graduates of Lancaster Bible College, and have past ministry experience in church ministries, camp ministries, and overseas missions. Adam has served with Teen Missions International, traveling to the Philippines, Hong Kong, China, and Brazil. Becky has ministered through choir tours in Australia, New Zealand, Hawaii, and Barbados.
