InFaith App Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how InFaith ("InFaith," "we," "us") handles information in the InFaith mobile app (the "App"). The App is a private tool for InFaith missionaries and field staff to view their ministry support information and manage expense records. You must sign in with your InFaith (@infaith.org) Microsoft account to use it; the general public cannot create an account.

Information We Access

• Account identity. Your name and @infaith.org email/username, through Microsoft sign-in, so we can authenticate you and show your own records.
• Ministry & financial information for your account. Your fund balances and fundraising totals, gifts given to your funds (including the name and contact details of your own supporters), and the expense records and receipts you create or submit.
• Device features you choose to use. If you enable biometric unlock (Face ID / fingerprint), it is performed by your device's operating system. Your biometric data never leaves your device and is never sent to InFaith.

How We Use It

We use this information solely to display your own ministry support information and to let you create and submit expense records. We do not use your information for advertising.

How It Is Shared

We do not sell your information and do not share it with third-party advertisers or trackers. Your information is processed within InFaith's own systems and the service providers that operate them on InFaith's behalf — Microsoft (identity and hosting on Azure), Salesforce (system of record), and Blackbaud (accounting) — under InFaith's control.

Where It Lives & Security

The App displays data from InFaith's secured systems; it does not keep its own separate copy of your records. To keep you signed in between visits, the App stores a sign-in token in your device's own protected app storage, where only the App can read it; signing out removes it. Connections are encrypted in transit, access requires your @infaith.org sign-in, and you are only ever shown your own records.

Data Retention

Your records are retained in InFaith's systems of record (Salesforce and Financial Edge) according to InFaith's policies. The App itself does not maintain a separate database of your data.

Children

The App is intended for InFaith field staff and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time and will post the new effective date here.
