CHRISTOPHER BROWNING – USAF 2LT CHAPLAIN CANDIDATE

Christopher accessed as an Air Force Chaplain Candidate Program in January 2024. He previously served as an USAF Reserves Staff Sergeant. He is enrolled in seminary at Dallas Baptist University and was ordained by the Riverside Christian Church of Booneville, MO.

Christopher writes, “In 2018 I felt the Lord leading me to transition out of my duty as a Master-at-Arms in the Navy to become a Chaplain in the USAF. The more I read the Bible and began to understand how the healing power of the living of God's Word I eagerly wanted to share it with everyone I knew. After seeking the Lord’s voice for guidance, engaging in many seasons of fasting, and asking trusted faith-filled mentors for wisdom, I concluded my Navy career to follow God’s calling to become a military chaplain.
