DeWayne Ragland, Jr. – (CH 1LT) Air Force Chaplain

DeWayne was commissioned as an Air Force Chaplain after serving in the US Navy (Active Duty) for 14 years. He is stationed at Dover Air Force Base in Delaware. He has served in ministry since 2013 as a Pastoral Assistant and is the Lead Pastor of One Hope Church, Chesapeake, Virginia. He received a B. S. in Religion / Counseling and an M. Div. in Theology / Counseling from Liberty University and is ordained by Arise Christian Fellowship. He and his wife are involved in ministry together and are passionate about serving the spiritual and physical needs of everyone they meet. They have 2 daughters.
