Garrett Grant –Armed Forces Chaplain Candidate
Garrett was born and raised in Tidewater, Virginia. Raised as a Christian, he did not have a dramatic conversion story but has believed in Jesus for as long as he can remember. He desires to see his relationship with Christ continue to grow. Garrett was called to ministry at 18 and was told, “You will not fight it,” so he hasn’t. He is trusting God to guide his path regarding this calling.
He holds a B.A. in Biblical and Theological Studies from Regent University and is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity (M.Div.) with a focus on Biblical Languages.
Garrett has long felt a passion for serving in the Armed Forces. While ministry is possible in a non-religious capacity, he believes he can best serve the Kingdom of God by becoming a Chaplain.
