JEFF YODER (CH 1LT) ARMY

Jeff is a Chaplain in the TNARNG. “I spilled my guts to a chaplain once. He listened to me and now…I think I’m ok.” Written in a clinical note by a Military Sexual Trauma (MST) specialist at the James H. Quillen VAMC, this simple sentence uttered by a former rough-and-tumble Marine grossly understates the healing that occurred that day. During that 3-years of CPE serving Veterans, I grew professionally, personally, but more importantly, I grew a heart for soldiers. Jeff completed an M. Div. at Emmanuel Christian Seminary and was ordained for ministry by The Rock Fellowship Church in addition to earning 10 units of CPE at the James H. Quillen VAMC. Currently, he serves as a Chrysalis Community Spiritual Director and interim pastor of The Rock Fellowship Church. He is married to Tosha, and they have 3 children.
