Jeremy & Danae Hoyt

- Our Local
- Our Reach
- Our Self
Jeremy and Danae Hoyt serve in the Pikes Peak region of Colorado which consist of the cities of Colorado Springs and Pueblo as well as rural communities on the high plains. Some of the needs evident in the community include poverty, alarming drug use, and broken families. There is a growing population of residents who are not affiliated with any religion and a high percentage in the community who do not attend any church.
After seeing the need in their region, the Hoyts felt a call to reach the forgotten and un-churched in their area. Their ministry includes reaching kids and families out of the ministry of a small gospel church in the town of Crowley. The Hoyts partner with other local churches to reach kids after school in a public school and seniors in two care centers in the Pueblo area. Jeremy looks for opportunities to disciple young men who have been impacted by the ministry into a deeper growing relationship with God.
The Hoyts have served as InFaith field staff since 2008.
Jeremy received a bachelors’ degree in pastoral ministry at Nebraska Christian College in 2001. He has enjoyed the privilege of being used in preaching, and youth and children’s ministries.
Jeremy and Danae feel a strong urge to be in places where the church is not reaching into the local community. “Great ministry can happen in the forgotten places of our cities and rural areas,” Jeremy writes. “We feel our role with InFaith helps meet our passion in ministry.”
The Hoyts have four beautiful children.
