Jeremy Holt

- My Local
- My Reach
- My Self
Eastern Kentucky is a mountainous region right in the Bible Belt. The church is a tradition in Kentucky culture, however many do not understand what it means to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
There are several issues in the community such as generational poverty, drug abuse, joblessness, and obesity which have plagued the area for years. Jeremy’s heart is to reach and stand in the gap for those in the most troubling circumstances.
After seeing the lost and the brokenness it became clear to Jeremy he needed to start reaching out to his community. Jeremy plans to stay connected with public schools and have a lasting impact on the youth. He is coordinating the Fellowship of Christian Athletes groups at Country Middle and High School.
Along with reaching youth, Jeremy plans to aid churches in the area of church leadership.
Jeremy Holt became an approved candidate with InFaith in 2019.
He was born and raised in central Minnesota with his three sisters by his loving parents. He is engaged to be married to Carolyn Mclntosh.
Before he came to InFaith, Jeremy served in eastern Kentucky for four years with a different mission organization. Jeremy’s hope is to start a chain reaction of discipleship and see mentors get plugged into the lives of children and youth on a large-scale, having a lasting impact on the community.
