Ansley feels a strong burden for the next generation in her community—a generation facing deep confusion, pressure, and distraction, but also full of God-given purpose. While completing her degree, she worked as a substitute teacher and saw firsthand the challenges students face. That experience confirmed her belief that these students need more than just positive messages—they need safe, Spirit-filled adults who will meet them where they are.
Her ministry focuses on reaching middle and high school students with the love and truth of Jesus Christ in ways that are Spirit-led and relevant to their daily lives. Through school visits, youth events, mentorship, and creative outreach, Ansley is committed to meeting students with authenticity and pointing them toward identity, healing, and purpose in Christ.
This is not just about programs—it’s about presence. She strives to be a consistent and trustworthy voice, demonstrating the Gospel through both word and action.
A Richmond, Virginia native, Ansley is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Liberty University (May 2025), with a degree in Religion and a concentration in Next Generation Ministry. She has been actively serving at Hope Church since 2017, following her personal encounter with Christ in 2015.
Her calling deepened during her nearly three years leading Young Life Capernaum, a ministry for individuals with special needs that shaped her heart for often-overlooked communities. Today, Ansley serves as a resident with the Hope Center for Missional Leadership (HCML), working under the guidance of Matt Hartman. She is part of the Hope Students team, helping to develop and lead efforts that ignite passion for Christ in students and equip them to be bold, faithful leaders in their schools, homes, and communities.
