Bill and Patsy Curry live and serve in the Kensington section of Philadelphia. Bill is the lead pastor at Cornerstone Community Church, a diverse, loving, community-centered church. The church strives to meet physical, social, and spiritual needs through evangelistic outreaches, recovery ministries, a food cupboard, Bible studies, family nights, block parties, camps, a single mother's program, and teen and children’s ministries. Bill is focused on leading, preaching, counseling, and evangelism. Patsy’s focus is serving as the pastor’s wife and directing the lady's ministry and children’s church. Together they run their Tuesday night Kids Club. We have seen so many lives changed by the power of Jesus Christ! Their 2 children are Joshua and Rachel.

Bill and Patsy Curry serve in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. They live and minister specifically in the Kensington section of the city, which is one of the most poverty-stricken, drug-infested, dangerous, and devastated neighborhoods in the United States.
There are many needs in this community, including improved schools, better housing, employment, freedom from addiction, and restoration of families and relationships. With the devastation that comes from these conditions, the residents of Kensington are in desperate need of hope.
Their church is very diverse and community-centered. All of their pastoral staff lives in the neighborhood.
After seeing the need in their community, the Currys took part in a church plant with two other InFaith couples. Cornerstone Community Church is very diverse and community-centered. Bill is the lead pastor at the church and runs the kid’s club ministry. All of the pastoral staff lives in the Kensington neighborhood with the people they are trying to reach.
There are many ministries hosted by Cornerstone Community Church. “We meet physical needs (food, clothes, addictions), social needs (kids, teens, adults), and spiritual needs (discipleship, teaching the Word),” Bill explains. Some of these ministries include evangelistic outreaches, recovery ministries, a food cupboard, after-school programs, Bible studies, a thrift shop, family nights, block parties, camps, and children’s ministries.
The Currys has served as InFaith field staff since 2001.
Bill has a B.S. in Bible from Cairn University and an M.A. in Educational Ministries from Wheaton College, and has been serving in full-time urban ministry for thirty-seven years. Patsy has her BSW from Lock Haven University, and has served in urban ministry for twenty-four years.
