Brett and Cindy Belleque serve in Toledo, a coastal town in the state of Oregon. The area has one of the largest homeless populations in Oregon including many homeless families. With easy access to marijuana, addiction is rampant and job turnover is off the charts. The greatest need in Lincoln County is for spiritual guidance for those struggling with addiction and poverty.

Brett serves as the national director of children’s ministry resources for InFaith. His responsibilities include encouraging, educating, and equipping those in the mission who work directly with children.
Cindy works as the Assistant Director of the Toledo Public Library in Toledo, Oregon She also conducts women's Bible studies in Toledo as an InFaith outreach in partnership with local churches.
The Belleques have served as InFaith field staff since 1997.
Brett’s time with InFaith started as a boy on his father’s mission field in northern Wyoming. It was there that his heart for ministry developed. Both Brett and Cindy are graduates of Judson Baptist College, and Brett also holds an MA in educational ministries from Western Seminary in Portland, Oregon. After graduating from seminary, Brett worked in pastoral ministry for twelve years while Cindy met the needs of their children and ministered in the church. The Belleques formally joined InFaith full-time in 1997 to serve on the western Montana field, where they had active ministries to youth, children, and seniors. During this time, Brett also served as an area coordinator, assisting the regional director with missionary care.
In 2008, the Belleques moved to Illinois, where Brett became regional director for the northwest region. In 2011, Brett started a new position as InFaith’s director of children’s ministry resources and summer staff. They currently live in Toledo, Oregon.
The Belleques have four children, and their daughter and her husband are currently serving as third-generation InFaith missionaries.
