Emily Baringer

In addition to ministering to children, Emily disciples young adults, equipping them to become godly leaders ready to share the Gospel. Throughout the year, she organizes events that foster discipleship among camp staff and serves in outreach programs for inner-city children.

Emily is also in the early stages of developing a moms’ group in Paris, TN. Her vision is to create a supportive community where moms can encourage one another through every season of motherhood while growing together in their walk with Christ.

 Emily ministers in Mt. Vernon, IL, and Paris, TN, two rural communities with challenges often seen in urban areas. These small towns reflect the socio-economic needs and struggles common in rural America.

In Southern Illinois, Emily’s ministry extends to inner-city children through Sunday outreach programs. The team picks up children in their bus, bringing them to learn about God’s Word and experience His love. The camp ensures financial barriers don’t stand in the way, offering scholarships to those in need.

In Paris, TN, her budding moms’ group seeks to build meaningful relationships among mothers across the community. Open to everyone, it provides a space for connection, encouragement, and spiritual growth, without being tied to a specific church.

Emily became an InFaith missionary candidate in 2024 but has been involved with the organization as Summer Staff since 2016. Growing up as an InFaith missionary kid, she witnessed firsthand the impact of reaching people locally for God’s Kingdom.

Emily is thrilled to continue this legacy with InFaith, sharing the mission to reach the unreached and transform lives for Christ.
