Local Reach
Jordan and Hannah Hoffman serve the community of Mount Vernon, Illinois, with a heart to help the next generation grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ and with one another. They are passionate about creating spaces where young adults can find authentic Christian community, deepen their understanding of God’s Word, and grow in their faith. Their desire is to see young adults become rooted in Christ and connected to the Church, building a foundation of faith that lasts a lifetime.
Together, Jordan and Hannah host monthly gatherings where young adults study Scripture, engage in small-group discussions, and build meaningful relationships. They also organize retreats throughout the year focused on emotional and spiritual healing, renewal, and growth. Beyond their work with young adults, Jordan leads a biweekly men’s Bible study serving men of all ages throughout Southern Illinois.
Hannah serves the community through biblical counseling, mentoring, and pregnancy and birth education. She has a heart for serving “the least of these,” bringing the love of Christ and the hope of the Gospel to those who may otherwise be overlooked. She also disciples and equips young women who share her passion for serving others and desire to live out this calling in their own lives.
Through these ministries, Jordan and Hannah seek to make Christ known, strengthen individuals and families, and equip believers to live out their God-given purpose.
