John’s ministry is centered on fostering Kingdom growth through local outreach. From his experience, when the church walks alongside individuals and families in their time of need, God works in incredible ways. John believes that we must meet people in their chaos, demonstrate Christ’s love through our actions, and trust Him to do the transformative work. It’s both simple and challenging.

His mission is to meet practical needs—offering home maintenance and repairs, servicing cars, and making home modifications for life transitions—to tangibly express Christ’s love. John sees his role as facilitating these opportunities and inviting fellow Christians to join in the mission. His work begins by serving the widowed, elderly, single parents, and families with special-needs children in the local community and beyond.

Local Reach

Butler County, OH, has pockets of affluence, yet many surrounding communities experience nearly double the national poverty rate. The population is largely made up of blue-collar, middle-class families, and the religious landscape is diverse, with nearly every major world religion represented.

John sees a deep need for Christ’s love in his community. He believes that for this mission to be realized, the church must be the hands and feet of Jesus in a practical way. The body of Christ needs to set aside minor theological differences to unite in growing God’s Kingdom. God calls His sons and daughters to come together, love one another, and extend that love to a world in need. Butler County craves this kind of love, and it is the responsibility of Christ’s followers to share it.

John is committed to meeting individuals and families in their struggles, offering practical support while sharing the hope of the Gospel. Addressing physical needs creates opportunities for spiritual transformation. Through these interactions, John aims to love, encourage, and challenge others toward spiritual growth that leads to lasting change.

Some of the key groups John seeks to serve in his community include widows, single parents, families with special-needs children, the elderly, and small local churches.

John became a missionary candidate with InFaith in 2025. Butler County, OH, has been home for most of his life—it’s where he went to school, met his wife, started a family, and attends his local church. God has blessed him with a loving spouse and three healthy children who share his heart for service, each in their own way.

Having lived in various economic areas within the region, John has gained a broad perspective on different walks of life. Growing up in a missionary household instilled in him a deep love for people, shaping his entire Christian journey. This foundation has led him to his current mission—loving others alongside his brothers and sisters in Christ to advance Kingdom growth, starting locally and expanding outward.
