At InFaith, we believe that effective ministry begins with a clear and built out ministry plan. As a missionary, you are entrusted with identifying the unique needs of your local community and creating a ministry plan tailored to those needs. This role requires prayerful discernment, cultural awareness, and the initiative to reach the unreached with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
You won’t be given a pre-scripted agenda—you’ll be asked to write the plan. This plan serves as a roadmap for your ministry efforts and will help our team at InFaith come alongside you to offer prayer, training, accountability, and financial support.
Examples of what your plan might include:
- Community outreach programs
- Church planting or revitalization
- Discipleship and mentoring
- Youth or children’s ministries
- Homeless or addiction recovery outreach
- Cross-cultural or language-specific ministries
Every community is different. Your ministry should reflect the specific spiritual and practical needs you see around you. Learn more about the types of ministries under InFaith: InFaith Ministries
As a missionary with InFaith, your first responsibility is to your personal walk and relationship with Jesus Christ. Your ministry flows from the overflow of your walk with Him. Each InFaith missionary brings a powerful testimony of God's transformative work in their life. We believe your story matters—and that it is one of the strongest tools you have for ministry and the reason for your calling.
