Local Reach
Sarina serves in Polk County, Oregon, a rural area near the state capital. While some parts of the county have a strong Christian presence, others lack outreach programs to support youth and young adults.
Sarina is committed to connecting with teens and young adults through camps, after-school ministries, and various outreach opportunities. She desires to help them recognize their worth in Christ and guide them in their faith journey.
There is a deep need for caring adults to invest in young people. Many youth in the community experience neglect—whether emotionally or in terms of attention—leading them to make harmful choices. Sarina seeks to provide a safe space where they feel seen, valued, and known. Through the message of the Gospel and the love of God, she hopes to bring them hope and encouragement.
In 2025, Sarina became an intern with InFaith missionaries Ben and Sarah Bobeda. Her journey with InFaith began as a young camper, where she first encountered God and gave her life to Him after experiencing His love. Over the years, camps and caring mentors shaped her faith and strengthened her walk with Christ. Because of the impact this ministry had on her own life, Sarina is deeply passionate about sharing it with others, helping them experience the same transformative love of God.
