Program Overview
InspireHer Collective leads a 16-week virtual Trauma, Grief, and Church Hurt Counseling Group. This program is designed to guide women through a holistic healing journey that integrates:
- Biblical principles and scripture-based reflection
- Mental health education and emotional wellness tools
- Trauma-informed group discussion
- Community accountability and encouragement
- Spiritual grounding and identity rebuilding in Christ
The curriculum follows a structured progression focused on healing, self-worth restoration, emotional regulation, forgiveness, resilience, and spiritual alignment. Each session is facilitated virtually via Zoom and includes guided teaching, reflection exercises, group dialogue, and prayer.
Program Schedule & Structure
The ministry operates on a semester-based model, offering two cohorts per year:
- Winter/Spring Semester: Jan - April
- Fall/Winter Semester: Sep - Nov
Each semester consists of a 16-week structured curriculum. The ministry observes a summer break, with no sessions held during the summer months. This schedule allows for curriculum refinement, participant recruitment, facilitator preparation, and rest between cohorts.
Target Population:
Women ages 18 and older who have experienced trauma, grief, or church hurt and are seeking a faith-centered healing space that honors both mental health and biblical truth.
