Based in Maryland, Silina’s ministry extends its reach to Pennsylvania, Washington, D.C., Virginia, and New York. Whether online or in person, it fosters a welcoming environment through quarterly events and monthly Bible studies. Women of all ages and backgrounds are invited to join—there are no prerequisites of faith or economic standing because God’s love is boundless and inclusive.
The women in Silina’s community come from diverse backgrounds, each with their own unique stories. Silina provides support and guidance for those seeking spiritual growth, questioning their beliefs, or navigating the challenges of faith. Whether they are new to Christianity, wrestling with past wounds, or searching for peace, she is committed to walking alongside them and illuminating the path toward Christ.
Silina’s desire is for others to experience the transformative gift of surrendering their lives to Christ while recognizing the importance of a nurturing community. Without support, the Christian journey can feel steep and solitary. Many in her community identify as "spiritual," exploring questions of faith and standing at the threshold of Christianity, curious yet hesitant. Past wounds from the church may have left scars, fostering doubt or hesitation. Silina’s ministry creates a safe space for reflection, offering grace and guidance for those yearning for the peace that only Christ can provide.
Silina became a missionary candidate in 2024, a step she never imagined taking. Once, she believed she wasn’t the “type” of person for this path. The world often discourages people from serving others, focusing instead on personal gains. But God had a different plan for her life.
Silina’s journey has been marked by trials and hardships, each shaping her ministry and deepening her faith. From surviving childhood sexual abuse to enduring domestic violence and false accusations, her life has been a testament to resilience. She faced the near loss of her child, the tragic death of her brother, and her mother’s battle with illness, all while her father was deported. Silina also endured homelessness and the challenges of single motherhood.
For years, she struggled to balance serving God and tending to her own spirit amidst these trials. But through it all, she found strength in God’s faithfulness. Today, Silina uses her story to testify to God’s glory, transforming her pain into purpose.
The enemy seeks to twist hardships into doubt and blame, but Silina stands as a beacon of hope. Her testimony reminds others that, just as she has risen, they too can overcome and find new life in Christ.
