Where is my account? 
  • It says I am not in the system. Not all donor accounts were migrated to OnlineGiving.org. Only donors with active recurring donations were imported. If you are a past donor and do not have an active recurring gift, you will need to create a new account on infaith.onlinegiving.org.
  • If you believe you should have an account, try logging in with your email or phone number, as OnlineGiving.org can recognize past donors based on this information.
Where are my past donations? 
  • Your past donations from Linvio were recorded in InFaith’s internal donor database (Salesforce) but were not transferred to OnlineGiving.org. Moving forward, all new donations will be recorded in OnlineGiving.org.
  • If you need records of past donations, please contact donations@infaith.org for assistance.
What happened to my payment methods? 
  • If you had an active recurring donation, your payment method was transferred to OnlineGiving.org along with your giving schedule. You can manage your payment details by logging in at infaith.onlinegiving.org.
  • If you do not see your payment method or recurring donation, please contact donations@infaith.org for assistance.
  • One-time donations and their associated payment methods were not transferred, so you will need to enter your payment details again for future giving. 
How can I set up support for multiple missionaries? 
  • Instead of a cart system like Linvio, you can now search for missionaries and funds directly at infaith.onlinegiving.org.
  • Simply find the missionary or fund, click the + (Plus) sign next to their name, enter the amount you’d like to give, and proceed to checkout. You can add multiple missionaries and funds in one transaction. 
Why do some missionaries have Support Funds, Expense Funds, and Camp Funds? 
  • Some of our missionaries have multiple funds based on their ministry needs. Here’s what they mean:
    • Support Fund: The primary fund that covers their general ministry expenses.
    • Expense Fund: Used for expense reimbursements related to their ministry work.
    • Camp Fund: A designated fund for camp scholarships, projects, or other special initiatives.
  • Not all missionaries have multiple funds, so you may see different options depending on who you are supporting.
