Rev. Kenneth D. Johnson

Ken is a retired Navy chaplain and completed a MRE and M.Div. from Golden Gate Seminary, and a BA from CAL-State Hayward in addition to completing his 8th unit of CPE at the VA Medical Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was ordained through the Cornerstone Missionary Baptist Church and has served over 40 years in pastoral leadership. Ken writes, “The VA chaplaincy is a tremendous opportunity to hold the sacred stories of veterans, pray over them, offer communion and to be there when God calls them home to their final duty station.”
