Tim Anderson
Tim became a Christ follower at age 38 while working as a district manager for Mazda North American Operations. He felt the Lord leading him out of sales to attend Dallas Theological Seminary, where the opportunity to pursue a hospital chaplaincy came to him. In 2011, Tim became a chaplain resident at Memorial Hermann Healthcare System (TMC) in Houston, Texas and received a degree in Clinical Pastoral Education. In 2012, he became a staff chaplain and was promoted to staff chaplain II in 2015 at Baylor, Scott & White Medical Center - Hillcrest in Waco, Texas. His responsibilities include the areas of pre-surgery, orthopedics, pediatrics, L&D, and NICU. His duties include prayer, chapel services, death protocol, advance directives, and trauma/code/stroke response. When on call, Tim covers the entire hospital. In March 2015, Tim received his Association of Professional Chaplains Board Certification.
