Candidates should demonstrate:
- A commitment to biblical preaching, discipleship, and the authority of God's Word.
- A compassionate, servant-hearted approach to pastoral care and leadership.
- Experience or training in biblical counseling and helping individuals navigate personal and spiritual challenges.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to lead with biblical conviction, humility, discernment, and grace.
- A willingness to serve a small congregation while developing long-term ministry relationships.
- A passion for church revitalization, evangelism, and community outreach.

Support Raising and Resources

While the congregation currently maintains its operating expenses and supports other missionary efforts, this position requires raising its own support to fund the pastor's salary.
