Camp can be a transformative time for many youths. InFaith Missionaries Carrie & Louis Nelson serve at Camp Hope in Grand Junction, CO. Through Camp Hope, they reach many youths who are largely untouched by the church; and every year they see more and more kids coming to camp and devoting their lives to Christ.
In this video, Carrie and Louis share a story of a young girl who had been coming to camp for over eight years. They saw this young girl grow stronger in her faith each year and eventually became a “kingdom buddy” (Camp staff). It was because of all the relationships and discipleship that she received through her years at camp that she was able to meet the needs of new campers.
